The X-Files’ erstwhile agent Krycek, Nicholas Lea, is caught up in more time travel antics in his latest role, as Untouchables leader Elliot Ness on Supernatural, according to TV Line.

According to the episode, which will air in January 2012, in addition to masterminding the hunt for such bad guys as Al Capone, Ness was a hunter. When casting the role, Supernatural‘s producers were looking for “an unyielding regality” and someone who in a sharp suit is “the epitome of cool unflappability.”
