Harry continues to ruffle Heather’s feathers, a lazy Max almost brings disaster to his school and Kate gets one step closer to learning the truth about her abductions.

There’s a lot going on this week as we pass the halfway mark of this season. With Harry behaving like a giddy teenager over Heather, he’s rather adjusted his long-term plans. As with last week their relationship is the source of lots of rather icky humour – I can’t quite comprehend what they’re actually doing with each other and I’m pleased about that. They’re also guests at a fun dinner party disaster with Asta and D’arcy and an indelicate choice of main course.

With this season having hit the halfway mark we’re continuing to see other threads develop at a decent lick. Another flashback to when a number of main characters went camping as children sheds a bit more light, while the surprise return of mostly-dead Alien Hunter Peter Bach at the end of last week hints at what’s to come as he becomes a tool in McCallister’s arsenal.

Verdict: Another enjoyable episode of a show which has refound its groove, with the right balance of humour, drama and threat. 7/10
