Desperately lost and searching for peace, Elle hatches a radical plan to put her haunted memories to rest.

I’m coming to the conclusion that the animated Blade Runner spin-off would have benefitted from a 10 episode run rather than 13, because it’s really starting to drag and repeat itself.

Each episode feels like it’s treading over the same old ground – Elle is given someone new to fight – while peripheral characters like Marlowe and Davis just circle in her orbit. The plot twists and revelations have been a long time coming, and frankly could have been revealed a long time back.

Verdict: Stuck in a repetitive loop, I think it’s time that this stretched-out story is put out of its misery. 6/10
