Colin Robinson gets promoted at work and his new power threatens the balance of power in the vampire house.

Energy vampire Colin Robinson (Mark Proksch) is the most boring person in the room. Monotonous and dull, he takes away the will to live, but luckily he isn’t in a position of power… until now. For some insane reason he is given a promotion and suddenly his jokes are funny now that he’s the boss.

With power comes the desire for even more, and he becomes drunk on success, craving domination, but at what price? The more he feeds, the more he needs – his hair grows back, and he can kill people just by looking at them. Only three hapless Staten Island vampires can contain him – God help us all! When he splits into three and spends an hour boring himselves to death, you can sit back and marvel at the joy.

Verdict: The undead trio again take a backseat as Colin Robinson finally gets the episode he deserves. Why does he do it, and is he really dead? There’s a neat reveal, but as always with this show, it’s about the journey, not the destination. 9/10
