Sci-Fi Bulletin: Exploring the Universes of SF, Fantasy, Horror and Spy-fi!

Big FInish has released details of their two box sets celebrating 20 years of Torchwood and 10 years of the series at Big Finish.

Gareth David-Lloyd, Sophie Aldred and Tracy-Ann Oberman are among the ensemble cast of Torchwood: Legacy, a special full-cast audio drama coming September and October 2027.

The regular Torchwood range may have come to an end, but its many beloved characters will continue defending planet Earth – and their adventures will come to a dramatic climax in the upcoming miniseries Torchwood: Legacy.

Due to be released across two audio drama box sets in September and October 2027, Torchwood: Legacy comprises twelve half-hour episodes, which together tell an epic story spread across the eras of the Torchwood Institute’s history.

The ensemble cast includes many names familiar to long-time listeners of the Torchwood range, including Gareth David-Lloyd as Ianto Jones, Sophie Aldred as Ace, Tom Price as Andy Davidson, Kai Owen as Rhys Williams, Tracy-Ann Oberman as Yvonne Hartman, Paul Clayton as Mr Colchester, Samuel Barnett as Norton Folgate, Samantha Béart as Orr, Alexandria Riley as Ng, Jonny Green as Tyler Steele, Louise Jameson as Roberta Craven, and Dan Starkey as Kreg. Jordan Renzo (star of Class) joins the cast as Mr Lonely. And, there are more familiar faces yet to be announced.

Each box set comprises six 30-minute episodes, listed below.
