British character actor Mark Eden has died aged 92.
Although best known for his time on Coronation Street, In a long career, Eden appeared in many genre productions, including the titular character in the Doctor Who serial Marco Polo, as well as Quatermass and the Pit and The Prisoner. He also worked on The Avengers, The Saint, Out of the Unknown, and the Doctor Who 50th anniversary dramedy, An Adventure in Space and Time.
