There will be new 007 in March after all as Toby Stephens’ James Bond faces off against the Man with the Golden Gun on March 14 on BBC Radio 4.
The latest Jarvis & Ayres production, adapted from the 1964 novel by Archie Scottney, will see Guillermo Diaz play Pistols Scaramanga, with Moira Quirk as Mary Goodnight and Josh Stamberg as Felix Leiter. The 87 minute play is based on Ian Fleming’s final novel – which picks up from the end of You Only Live Twice, where an amnesiac Bond travels to Russia.
The play can be heard at 1445 on Saturday March 14 and then on BBC Sounds.
