David Warner’s alternate version of the third Doctor is making a reappearance in the next Benny Summerfield box set.
As revealed in DWM, Warner will guest star alongside Lisa Bowerman in The Unbound Universe, the third volume of Doctor Who – The New Adventures of Bernice Summerfield, out in August this year. The character first appeared in Sympathy for the Devil in 2003 and returned alongside Nicholas Courtney as an alternate Brigadier in Masters of War five years later.
Anagrammatical actor Sam Kisgart will also be threatening the Doctor once more as the Master in the four-story set.
