Paul McGann will be the featured guest star at a screening of the 1996 TV Movie in its new 4K splendour at the BFI.
Director Geoffrey Sax will also be at the event on 16 May at noon. Tickets will go on general sale on Friday 10 April.

Good to see the TV Movie get BFI recognition. Even for all its flaws, it’s a worthy Doctor Who story for how it bravely opened some most significant doors for the Whoniverse.
