For their adaptation of John Peel and Dave Rogers’ Avengers novel, Too Many Targets, Big Finish needed to expand their roster of spies protecting Great Britain.
The release in August sees Julian Wadham reprise his role as Steed, accompanied by Anthony Howell’s Dr David Keel, Olivia Poulet’s Emma Peel and Lucy Briggs-Owen’s Carol Wilson. Joining them are Beth Chalmers as Cathy Gale, Steed’s partner after Keel, and Emily Woodward as Emma’s successor, Tara King. Christopher Benjamin will play Mother, the mysterious superior to whom Steed and King reported in the latter days of the show.
Too Many Targets is adapted by John Dorney and directed by Ken Bentley.
