Star Trek: The Next Generation star Brent Spiner has signed up for a stint as the leader of a secret sect in the fourth season of Syfy’s hit series Warehouse 13.

Spiner will play Brother Adrian whose sect, The Brotherhood of the Knights of the Black Diamond, is descended from the Knights Templar, loosely connected and protected by the Vatican. Like Warehouse 13, The Brotherhood’s charge is to protect various powerful artifacts from history. However, they follow no rules and will do whatever they must to fulfill their duty.

Being Human‘s Sam Huntington is also guest starring in the new season, which begins July 23 in the States.
