Opening night of Nadja’s vampire nightclub is threatened when the big musical guest cancels.

The third episode of the season finds the vampires back on top form, taking advantage of their new set-ups. Nadja’s focus is on her nightclub, which she is opening with a guest slot from vampire rap artist, Richie Suck… until he cancels on her. She discovers that he’s being manipulated by his manager and (all too) familiar, Tom, but this is soon resolved.

Colin Robinson continues to grow at an alarming rate, the actor’s adult face being superimposed on the head of a child. It’s an unnerving look, though not as terrifying as the little monster’s love of musical theatre, much to Laszlo’s horror. And finally, concerned that he is not meeting all the needs of his fiancé, Nandor (with the help of Guillermo) asks the djinn if he can be gifted with an enlarged penis. Will he get exactly what he asked for, or will the wily genie play a trick in him? Have a guess.

Verdict: Far more enjoyable than the opening episodes, the chuckle quotient is back on the scale again. 8/10
