Guillermo loses his mind trying to help Nandor plan the perfect vampire wedding.
And so the big day arrives for Nandor to remarry his former wife Marwa, but not before he has turned Guillermo into a nervous wreck (the familiar hasn’t slept in over a week). The few remaining wishes are frittered away on frivolous requests for the groom who is correctly described as a bridezilla.
It’s a fun half hour, with all characters on fine form. As anticipated, there’s plenty of objections to the marriage, and while the housemates do their best to contribute towards the day, they just can’t help being idiots. A welcome appearance by Doug Jones as a pre-incinerated Baron adds some class to the guest list at the wedding of the year.
Verdict: Daft and frothy, it’s the wedding from hell that we’re all glad to be cordially invited to. 8/10
