The beautiful but pointless game.
Or is it? Well, that’s a matter of perspective, as beauty is in the eye of the beholder… the wonderful diversity of what we can find interesting is explored today, as siblings squabble over the appreciation of nature versus football – sorry, footorb – as the more noble pastime. The things we do to please our elderly life givers, eh?
The entire concept of competitive sport is in the crosshairs of the friendly fire of satire, and there are some hilarious observations.
Of course, our siblings learn the beauty in the way they each view the world, and I’m loving the gender-neutral terms used, even if they are traditionally male and female coded… it makes it seem so easy… and that’s a beautiful thing, surely?
Verdict: The trials and tribulations of tribal tussles. 9/10
