The repercussions of the Aldhani heist reach all the way to Coruscant, while Cassian returns home.
After the action of last week’s theft of Imperial currency, there are big repercussions across the Galaxy. Embarrassed by such a high profile act of piracy, the Empire introduces punitive changes and more controls to try to identify the source of the attack.
Rebel leader in waiting, Mon Mothma, is shocked by the escalation in activity and seeks support from an old friend, while Cassian is unable to convince his adoptive mother to leave Ferrix, and ends up in more Imperial entanglements.
This is one of those transitional episodes that sets up future story developments by moving characters around the board. Cassian in particular finds himself in a place he really doesn’t want to be.
Verdict: A strong, story-based episode that deals with the fallout of the heist. 7/10
