Titan Comics
The Doctor and the Cybermen clash while Ruby faces an insectoid threat. But is everything as it seems? And what is the true nature of the terrifying evil that stands ready.
Having discovered the Cybermen skulking in the bowels of the last shopping mall on Earth, the Doctor and Ruby are unaware of the plans of the mysterious Sommelier who plans to capture the final screams of a Time Lord. The following pages see the Doctor separated from his companion, but if truth be told, not an awful lot else happens to drive the story forwards.
Verdict: As a chapter in a graphic novel, this issue would be seen as a fun part of a slow build, but as a standalone comic, it doesn’t particularly go anywhere. 5/10
