Artist, writer, actor and director Barnaby Edwards’ latest exhibition of art opens today.

The paintings, which celebrate a century of science fiction cinema from the 1920s to the 2020s, can be seen at the Exeter Picturehouse, 51 Bartholomew Street West, Exeter EX4 3AJ from today until Sunday 2nd November, or online here.

Subjects range from Metropolis (1927) to Dune (2026) with recognition for some well-regarded, if less well-known classics such as Duncan Jones’ Moon (2009).

The artwork is available for sale, and prints, T-shirts and postcards can be ordered,
