There’s a split emphasis between the Voyager crew and the former Protostar crew as season 2 of Prodigy progresses:

 It’s a joy to spend more time with Janeway and the EMH Doctor (still as pompous as ever) and Star Trek fans will enjoy the steady stream of character references and Easter Eggs.
