Canadian actor Kenneth Mitchell, best known for his roles in Captain Marvel and Star Trek: Discovery, has died aged 49.
His family posted the news on social media. Mitchell played three roles in Discovery’s first four seasons: Kol, Kol-Sha, Tenavik and Aurellio. His other genre roles included Marc Taggart in Odyssey 5, Eric Green in Jericho, Bigfoot in Grimm, Cliff in Haven as well as appearances on Frequency, Minority Report, See and Star Trek: Lower Decks.
