A fresh Predator standalone movie is on the way, building on the success of Prey.

Badlands will be directed by Dan Trachtenberg from a script he co-wrote with Patrick Aison. No further details of setting or plot have been revealed as yet.

This does not replace the proposed Prey 2, according to Deadline, which is still in development.
