The British Film Institute is celebrating the release of Doctor Who: The Collection season 15 with a screening of the opening story, Horror of Fang Rock, which has been fully restored with a 5.1 soundtrack and new effects.
Louise Jameson will be the special guest at the screening on 4 February at midday; earlier that day at 9.30 there will be a special showing of the new documentary from the box set about producer Graham Williams.
Tickets go on sale to BFI members at 12.30 pm on January 16th, and at 4 pm for the general public.
Horror Of Fang Rock has somehow become a personally special story for me. It certainly had some of the best chemistry between Tom and Louise. I’m glad that the FX are improved for the Season 15 edition as I saw in the trailer.
