How many times have we heard that phrase – “we apologise for any inconvenience”? It’s the starting point for an intriguing drama on Radio 4:

It’s a cleverly written piece, reminding me at times of Nigel Kneale’s style  and presenting sufficient answers, without hammering home every last detail.
