Star Trek Prodigy’s second season won’t be airing on Paramount+ or Nickelodeon, with the streamer pulling the existing episodes as part of a financial restructuring package – three other series are similarly affected.

The second season will complete post-production, and CBS will be looking to shop the series to other outlets.

Now that I'm back from picketing with @thejuliebenson at Netflix this morning, I finally have a moment to share my thoughts about the news that Paramount+ is pulling Star Trek: Prodigy off their service. #startrek

Very sad news. Prodigy was a very enjoyable addition to the Star Trek universe.
