American actor Treat Williams has died following a motorcycle accident, aged 71.
Williams is probably best known to genre fans for his leading role in Deep Rising, and he also appeared in The Empire Strikes Back, The Phantom, Attack of the 50 Foot Cheerleader, Tales from the Crypt, Journey to the Centre of the Earth and Age of Dinosaurs.
