A new Australian exorcist movie is set to premiere at the New Orleans Film Festival at the end of March before release on 6 April.

Godless: The Eastfield Exorcism is apparently based on a true story. Convinced that his wife is possessed by dark forces, a desperate husband puts his faith in the power of a pitiless self-proclaimed exorcist, who is convinced that salvation can be found only through his hands. This is “a disturbing tale of misplaced faith and destructive zealotry” directed by Nick Kozakis, from a script by Alexander Angliss-Wilson.
