A live action version of Spider-Man Noir – most recently seen in the Spider-Verse animated movies – is coming to Sony, according to Variety.

The series will be about an older, grizzled superhero in 1930s New York City, separate from other Marvel/Sony continuity. Oren Uziel  will be showrunner with the format developed by him, Phil Lord and Chris Miller.
