In a flurry of announcements, it seems as if the Tomb Raider franchise has found a new home at Amazon, with news that Phoebe Waller-Bridge is working on a TV series, and there’s a movie in the works too.

THR broke both stories, first off noting that Waller-Bridge will be scripting the TV version and executive producing it. Dmitri M Johnson’s dj2 Entertainment is partnering with Amazon on both a new film and a video game – they previously worked on the anime series at Netflix that features Hayley Atwell as the latest incarnation of Lara Croft.
