The second part of the 1970s-set Torchwood tale Double is out now.

The Autons are closing in on 1970s London in the second half of the political spy-fi full-cast audio adventure.

Louise Jameson returns as the deeply flawed but brilliant ex-MI5 agent Roberta Craven – investigating murders, the Nestene Consciousness and the oil crisis in the climactic finale of the espionage tale!

A lot of people have died, and not for the first time in her life, Roberta Craven has changed sides. Travelling the world with a dead man, she’s negotiating world peace. Or is she starting a world war? The Autons are coming. And Torchwood won’t stop them…

Script Editor and Producer James Goss said: “Like all good spy thrillers, Double Part 2 will make you question everything you’ve heard before. You’ll swap sides, you’ll feel betrayed, and you’ll marvel at the budget. There’s a gunfight, a truly horrible hospital visit, and an exploding oil rig. Thanks to everyone who’s heard Part 1 and loved it as much as we do.”

The ensemble cast, led by the BAFTA-nominee Omari Douglas (It’s a Sin, I Hate Suzie Too) as Neal Hart, includes Emma Lowndes (Downton Abbey’s), Don Gilét (EastEnders, Doctor Who), and Anthony Howell (This England).

Torchwood: Double Part 2, written by Guy Adams, is now available to own for just £10.99 (collector’s edition single-disc CD + download) or £8.99 (download only). Click here to read our review of part 1
