The Nevers will definitely not be returning to HBO Max – not even for the second tranche of episodes concluding the first season.

These episodes may turn up elsewhere, but at present nothing is confirmed; they were intended to air on HBO Max next year, but, in common with Westworld and a number of other shows, The Nevers is being completely removed from the platform. Variety suggests that this is another cost-cutting measure to avoid residuals payments.
