Yann Demange is the new director for the MCU version of Blade, heading our way in 2024.

Mahershala Ali continues in the lead role, but the script will now be penned by Michael Starrbury. Everything was put on hold after the departure of Bassam Tariq a few weeks ago, but according to THR, filming should begin next year. Demange, who helmed the pilot of Lovecraft Country, is also working on the new Scanners TV series.
