Cailee Spaeny is in discussions to star in the next Alien movie, being produced by Ridley Scott, according to THR.

The Mare of Easttown star would lead Fede Alvarez’s script, once again giving the franchise a strong female protagonist. This is a separate production from the TV series currently in production.
