The prequel TV series to Stephen King’s IT will be showrun by Jason Fuchs and Brad Caleb Kane, according to Variety.

The HBO Max show is set in the years prior to IT Chapter 1, with that film’s Andy and Barbara Muschietti as  exec producers on the series. Andy Muschietti may direct its opening episodes. No casting or other plot details have yet been released.
