The new DC movie has many surprises in store for viewers but Lorne Balfe’s score is solidly serviceable

There are themes and leitmotifs, and here the score shines best. Not quite to Elfman Batman or Williams Superman levels,  but equalling what, say, Michael Giacchino did with the Spider-Man and Doctor Strange films.
