There’s a special Doctor Who panel coming up at the Gunnersbury Park Museum, celebrating the BBC’s centenary, on Saturday October 29 at 2 p.m.

Chaired by Jessica Carney (author, agent and granddaughter of the original Doctor, William Hartnell), it will explore how design and performance combine to create the unique and well-loved worlds of Doctor Who.

The panel will feature artist Jeremy Bear (production designer on the show in the 1970s, notable episodes include ‘The Seeds of Doom’ and ‘The Mutants’); acclaimed Visual Effects Designer Mike Tucker of Ealing Studios-based The Model Unit (responsible for the acclaimed miniature effects in Doctor Who episode ‘Thin Ice’ among many other visual effects), actor Jessica Martin (Mags the werewolf) and actor Joe Sims (Mark Seven from Big Finish’s Dalek stories).

Tickets cost £20 and can be purchased here.
