As part of the TUDUM day announcements, Netflix gave release dates for the next season of The Witcher, as well as its spin-off.

The Witcher: Blood Origin will debut on Christmas Day, December 25 this year, while Season 3 of the main show will follow in the summer of 2023.

Minnie Driver is part of the cast of the prequel as the narrator, joining Michelle Yeoh as Scian, Laurence O’Fuarain as Fjall, Mirren Mack as Merwyn; Lenny Henry as Balor; Jacob Collins as Eredin; Lizzie Annis as Zacaré; Huw Novelli as Callan “Brother Death”; Francesca Mills as Meldorf; Amy Murray as Fenrik; Nathaniel Curtis as Brían; Zach Wyatt as Syndril; and Dylan Moran as Uthrok One-Nut.

Season 3 of The Witcher will see Henry Cavill return alongside Freya Allan and Anya Chalotra with Robbie Amell, Meng’er Zhang, Hugh Skinner and Christelle Elwin new for this season.
