The final season of the CW’s Flash will feature a new Captain Boomerang.

Richard Harmon has  come on board the ninth run as Owen Mercer, aka Captain Boomerang. Nick E. Tarabay played Digger Harkness/Captain Boomerang in Arrow’s third to fifth seasons.

“A new post-Crisis Captain Boomerang has recently been released from Iron Heights with a chip on his shoulder. But the twinkle in his eye disguises a dangerous and violent threat to Central City,” according to the CW.
