Nigel Havers has an unusual role in next month’s Torchwood tale – he’s voicing the secret organisation’s infamous SUV.

The BAFTA-nominee and British Soap Award winner joins Gareth David-Lloyd (Ianto Jones) and Naoko Mori (Toshiko Sato), bringing his dulcet tones to the iconic Torchwood SUV in a thrilling adventure that marks the TV show’s 16th anniversary!

A routine alien incursion in the Valleys goes horribly wrong. Toshiko Sato and Ianto Jones are trapped in the Torchwood SUV. There’s a monster outside and it’s determined to get in.  Can Tosh and Ianto overcome their differences and save the world? More importantly, will the SUV keep them safe? 

Producer James Goss said: “What does the SUV sound like? Obviously, the suavest voice alive. He’s broken so many hearts, including Sarah Jane Smith’s. I’m so pleased that Nigel Havers found time to come in and say some very silly things beautifully.”
