At least one Caped Crusader tale is still going ahead – the sequel to Matt Reeves’ The Batman.
Matson Tomlin will be working with Reeves for the script for the sequel, this time from the start of the process. His other credits include Mother/Android and Project Power. As yet, plot details aren’t clear although the Joker’s presence was teased at the end of the first movie.
