Yet another Gotham related project has bitten the dust in the Warner Bros. Discovery sweep through HBO Max’s output.
Following the cancellation of Batgirl, Batman: Caped Crusader, the animated series from Bruce Timm, JJ Abrams and Matt Reeves, is no longer proceeding for the streamer, although Deadline reports it will be shopped elsewhere. Other animated movies seeking a new home include Christmas movie Merry Little Batman, and two new Looney Tunes features.
