The first two episodes of the new Prime Video Lord of the Rings series, The Rings of Power, is getting a cinema release in certain countries.
Variety is reporting that the “fan screenings” will take place in North America, as well as the United Kingdom, Ireland, Argentina, Colombia, Australia and New Zealand. The screenings will be on Wednesday August 31st, with the two episodes then dropping on Prime Video on Friday 2nd, with the other six episodes following weekly.
