Details on the three stories that will form part of the Torchwood main range this autumn have been announced by Big Finish.
In October, writer Ash Darby returns to trap Ianto Jones (Gareth David-Lloyd) and Toshiko Sato (Naoko Mori) in a Torchwood: SUV! Then, in November, The Lincolnshire Poacher, written by Lauren Mooney and Stewart Pringle, is set to be a numbers game for Ianto. And finally, in December’s The Empire Man, written by Jonathan Barnes, we spend Christmas Eve with Queen Victoria (Rowena Cooper) in a top-secret royal hideaway.
Producer James Goss said: “Torchwood: SUV sees Naoko and Gareth on sparkling form as Tosh and Ianto spend an evening saving the world while trapped in a car. The Lincolnshire Poacher is a spooky thriller about numbers stations, and The Empire Man is all about how the queen copes with a frankly inadequate Prime Minister. It’s also a ghost story, because it’s Christmas.”
Each release is now available to pre-order for just £10.99 (collector’s edition single-disc CD + download) or £8.99 (digital download only) per title, exclusively from http://www.bigfinish.com.
