American film and TV actor Rebecca Balding has died aged 73.

Balding was best known to genre fans for her long running role as Elise Rothman on the original Charmed series and to general audiences for her time on Soap, but she made a number of appearances in horror and fantasy movies, including The Silent Scream and The Boogen, Her other TV work included The Bionic Woman,
