With the announcement that filming on the second part of Dune is now underway, Warner Bros. have confirmed the cast and the synopsis for the conclusion of Denis Villeneuve’s adaptation of the Frank Herbert classic.

“This follow-up film will explore the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a warpath of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee.”

Timothée Chalamet returns as Paul Atreides alongside Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Javier Bardem, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Charlotte Rampling and Stephen McKinley Henderson. New for Part Two are Austin Butler as Feyd Rautha and Christopher Walken as the Emperor, plus Florence Pugh, Léa Seydoux and Souheila Yacoub.
