Rona Munro is the only person to write for Doctor Who on screen for both classic and new eras and consequently the only person to novelise her stories from 20th and 21st centuries (with a quick trip to the 2nd…)

This is the one where it’s Kar’s story and Lucius’s story as much as it is Bill and the Doctor’s, and that doesn’t exist. So instead of repeating what already exists, let’s do something different.
