The new movie version of Salem’s Lot now won’t be arriving until next year.
As was expected, given the lack of trailers for it, the New Line movie won’t be out on September 9, 2022 but instead will be released on April 21, 2023. According to Deadline, there’s been some recent additional photography and industry-wide delays in the post-production sector have also contributed. The Last Train to New York, the New Line zombie movie (a remake of Last Train to Busan) originally set for that date, is currently undated.
