Stephen King’s new story Rattlesnakes will be, in part, a sequel to one of his early successes, the rabid dog tale Cujo.
“I just wrote a long story called Rattlesnakes. And it involves, at one part, twins who are only four years old… falling into a rattlesnake pit,” the author told The Loser’s Club podcast. “And the snakes get ’em. It’s a terrible scene.” Later he explains, “Rattlesnakes… is actually a sequel to Cujo.”
King’s next book is Fairy Tale, out in September; he recently released a new short story, Finn, to Scribd.
