As long term readers will be aware, Sci-Fi Bulletin’s Managing Editor Paul Simpson had a major heart attack mid-December, and has been waiting for surgery since.
This will be taking place on Wednesday June 1, and if all goes to plan, he will be recuperating for a couple of weeks, and then the site will be ramping back up to autumn 2021 levels. (If they delay for further work, things will continue as they are currently after the Jubilee weekend.)
For the next two-three weeks, therefore, during preparation for hospitalisation, the procedure and recovery, updates on the site will be less than usual, although there will be new material each day, set up in advance.
