It looks like the Wonder Twins aren’t going to be activated after all.

The many and various changes at Warner Bros. in recent times has led to a reassessment of projects aimed for HBO Max rather than the cinema, and THR is reporting that the Wonder Twins movie, set to film later this summer, is one of the casualties. KJ Apa and Isabel May were set to star as Zan and Jayna but THR suggests that the proposed budget is now seen as too high. Warner Bros. has yet to confirm the news, having denied an earlier report at the start of the month.
