  1. The first two episodes of Strange New Worlds feel like everything that Roddenberry most originally wanted to achieve with Star Trek. I’m enjoying the series so far, even though it now makes me look back on the classic Trek in a dimmer light. I especially praise all the powerful female characters for Captain Pike’s crew. Strange New Worlds, Prodigy and Axanar are finally renewing my best respect for the Star Trek universe.
