Sonny Caldinez who appeared in the Doctor Who, James Bond and the Indiana Jones franchises has passed away aged 89.

Caldinez was one of the original Ice Warriors in the 1967 serial and appeared in all of the other classic Ice Warrior serials, after playing Kemel in The Evil of the Daleks. He was in the 007 movie The Man with the Golden Gun, as well as Raiders of the Lost Ark and Arabian Adventure.
